Processing
1. The drum drying system consists of heat resource, feeding system, drum, discharger, cyclone, I.D. fan and control system.
2. The wet sludge and wood chips are fed with screw conveyors into the mixing device, where the materials are mixed. Then the mixture passed the air lock and entering the drum.
3. The drum is placed on an inclined way, so the material can go to the discharge end under gravity.
4. The wet material is distributed by the distributing (shoveling) plates inside drum and moving forward with the hot gas.
5. The dried material is discharged from the discharger.
6. Waste flue gas goes through the cyclone and dusts are collected and discharged.
